Hotel was further from Hamamatsucho station than expected. It was closer to Daimon station to be honest. As this hotel is a chain, it was similar to it's sister hotels, so if you've stayed at a Sotetsu hotel before, expect the same. Usually I don't have much to complain about Sotetsu hotels, but this one, my only comment was that the number of laundry machines or the number of floors with laundry facilities was not enough. Often the laundry machines we being used. I ended up needing to set my alarm for 5am to go do my laundry and when done, someone was already waiting in line for me to get my laundry out.

It is located around 10 min walking distance from the subway. Not super close, but managable. The hotel is very clean, also the room. There is close to 0 service, because its very crowded with too many people checking in or out, so I chosse to do self-check in. Not much facilities, just a bed, and shower. But price wise is very good. Overall, its a good choice

This hotel is near the Daimon station and Skytree Tokyo so it was really easy to move around on foot and via the subway. The hotels breakfast is a variety breakfast which is a plus for those long days out sightseeing. They also have amenities in the lobby at no extra cost including pajamas and toiletries. They also have a currency exchange machine in the lobby which is a plus! Don’t expect the rooms to be big, after all you will spend most of your day out, they are small but clean and the water is purified so you can drink it which is an added bonus. Our room had a great view of the city lights. For the cost we paid I’d say you get a lot for your buck!

Great location, easy to arrive from Haneda Airport. Room might feel a bit small (at least for two people). Breakfast was good, exactly what you'd expect in a japanese hotel: rice + miso soup + tamagoyaki.

I chose this hotel for their reasonable room rate. Just few minutes walk to the nearest subway station. Quiet area with no road conjestion.

6minutes walk to daimon Station via exit A5 , however was about 15minutes walk from the JR exit. Live the hotel hair mask! Room is small but ok for 2 pax , no problem opening luggage at the door area.

Room was super clean, a lot of convenience stores open 24/7 nearby, mcdonalds was 5 minutes walk and so was the station, Tokyo tower is only a 12 minute walk from the hotel.
