place was surprisingly spacious but the toilet is tiny. location was good but finding the hotel itself is tricky as it is in the back alley. ensure to note the pre arrival guide sent via email for self check in procedures and information.

Checked-in into a wrong room by a cleaner. Hope the original booker has a place to rest.

The room is clean, near Shin-okubo station

It is near to shin okubo station but the room i will say it is really compact and small.For those claustrophobic didnt suggest to book this hotel.Otherwise all okay and great

Hotel is very near JR station. Hotel will provide door password one day before check-in. It is clear instruction. Room is clean except floor. There is strange requests on the day.
