A special thanks to Emily for her excellent service. She responded to my emails quickly and handled my requests with great care. We had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and thoughtfully prepared. The hotel has a charming, castle-like vintage style, and the surroundings are lovely. The breakfast and dinner and lunch were also great—highly recommended! Thanks again, Emily! We love staying at Voco! My 2nd time, love it!

Only down size is the room card not working very often but at night the scene is beautiful

One of the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! Everything was so delicious. Bed was very comfortable, also. It’s a bit far from Oxford city center, but beautiful scenery, spacious room, and great food made up for it!

A really good hotel for Oxford, with nice decor and clean rooms. Things which let it down: - lack of place to hang towels - a bit far from town - breakfast was great but very busy - jacuzzi out of action - cold changing rooms

The hotel environment is very good, the breakfast is good, but they will give disabled people a room. I want to change to another one and they told me that the room type we booked is a disabled room, which makes people feel uncomfortable.

The environment of the country hotel is very good. There is a river behind it, and the rowing team is training in the morning. The hotel is a renovated house of a wealthy family. There are several barns, and you can experience the British country style. It happened to be my birthday, and I was quite satisfied with the dinner. It is one of the better ones in the UK. Other places I ate, including the London Angus steakhouse, are really hard to describe.
