This hotel was spotless. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good and there were a lot of options.

Old place. The review that the breakfast is good is not true. I think it's a good place to stay near Irvine for the price.

The Ayres Suites hotel is inferior to other similar hotels in Irvine such as the Holiday Inn, and the breakfast is not rich enough. The hotel's sanitary facilities are average, the aisles are long and there is a slight smell (maybe the smell of disinfection), the bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy, the hotel price is cheaper than similar hotels, and the front desk staff is warm and friendly. The parking lot is free for staying guests, and the hotel deposit of USD125 is very high.

Good value for money, quiet environment, highly recommended.

The quietest hotel I've stayed in in Irvine, with good service, big rooms, and free parking. I didn’t have breakfast, so I don’t know what it was like. I stayed here for 3 days in a row and the bedding was very comfortable.
