Family-friendly hotel. Many restaurants just in the basement area. Walking distance from Shinjuku station. Stuffs are good. New hotel and clean too.

Great hotel for location at Shinjuku Station and loved the amenities too. Definitely tick my list in accomodation😀

Walking distance to Shinjuku station is about 10mins away. No issues with the front desk check in. A lots of restaurants at the hotel. Newly built in laundromat in the hotel is so convenient.

To small for that price 15 mint to 20 metro station. Acceblity to foods and restaurants easy . To small fir the price .

You could use Shinjuku station tunnel and exit at the Tokyo metropolitan government exit to avoid coldness. Sign up as member to get additional 1 hour late check out very attractive offer thx u!

Convenience hotel, minimart and restaurant downstair few mins walk to shinjuku station. Got taxi stand and limousine bus to airport.

Hotel room has enough room for a single big luggage and some walking space. Accessible location as Limo bus stop directly at old hotel. Only complaint is the high step to go in and out of the toilet. Pretty far to walk to the train station. Overall staff is helpful and hotel has self-service washing machines available.

Good location, right in the central area of shinkuju. The breakfast is delicious in annex building.

The hotel located more far than expected from Shinjuku station. Although there is underground pathway but it takes around 20 min walk.

Location is good, not far from JR station, only about 10 minutes or so. Room is decent for Japanese hotel. The only missing thing is No English speaking TV channels. All in all, we had a pleasant stay at Washington hotel Shinjuku.

The service was not good, I had to repeat myself 5 times in order for them to understand what was happening(they did understand English). When we asked for them to hold our luggage they gave weird looks and just minimal help.

Very comfortable.  Would help if the front desk could understand English a little better but all went well. The stay was very pleasant and the house keepers were very good in keeping the hotel clean.  Would stay there again if I’m in Shinjuku.

Location was great. Short walk to Shinjuku station. Size of the room was reasonable for Tokyo.
