We had a great stay here. The service was great, with daily cleaning, a hot breakfast buffet, and a good location. The rooms were a bit tight.

The room is very small, but as a Japanese hotel, it is understandable. However, the bathroom is up the stairs, which is inconvenient. Although the bathroom is large, there is a large bathtub, which is not very clean. It is not there at all. The hygiene of the whole room is also average! The most important thing is that the sink is at the end of the bed, not in the bathroom, and the toilet is in another corner. The whole room is pieced together here and there. The fourth room on each floor should be like this. It is very unreasonable. If you choose it, you must avoid the fourth room. The window is a fire escape, so there is a whole floor-to-ceiling window, but! The curtains can't cover the window completely, so it's as bright as outside every morning, and it's impossible to avoid light! It seems that only the fourth room on each floor is like this. The most important thing is that the smell of barbecue smoke enters the room through the air duct every night. It should be because of the barbecue restaurant downstairs. It's very uncomfortable. In short, this is a hotel that must be avoided!

The location is very good. There are many Europeans and Americans staying here, all with big suitcases. The room is really small. The photos look better than what you see in reality. It is not as good as the photos. In fact, the hardware conditions are average and the space is very small. I only brought a carry-on suitcase and there was no space to move. The staff is very good, English is good, and the breakfast is very good.

The details of the hotel are really good. There are various toiletries that you can pick up at the front desk, even hand cream, and free drinks. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small.

Overall, everything was OK. The room I stayed in was because there was a restaurant downstairs in the hotel, so due to the smoke exhaust problem, my room was filled with the smell of smoke from the kitchen. It was so smokey that I couldn't sleep at all. Later, the Japanese girl who worked the night shift came up and found that the smell of cigarette smoke was indeed very strong, but the room was full on the day of check-in, so she had to do this and promised to help me change rooms the next day. Since the restaurant downstairs was closed for the New Year the next day, the kitchen was not working and the smell was gone, so I didn’t change it. What left me a little speechless was a guy on the night shift in the hotel. He looked a bit like a South Asian or a Southeast Asian (certainly not from Thailand or surrounding countries). His English was not fluent. When I spoke a little faster, he looked confused. , I was stunned and didn’t say anything about continuing to communicate or trying to understand what I said. Because I went to Japan just to buy things and go to parks like Disney, I bought a lot of things. The hotel also helped me collect several large boxes that I mailed from Kyoto. The flight was back to Thailand in the morning, so I booked a car to come to the hotel for drop-off at three in the morning. I went downstairs at three in the morning and said I wanted to pick up my luggage, but the guy on duty in South Asia actually told me to pick it up at this time. No, because all the employees were asleep, I was really speechless. The things were placed in the employee room next to the reception. I said I had to catch a plane now. I had to leave now. What do you mean I couldn't get it? ? ? Then take it out for me. I borrowed a small flatbed truck from the hotel. It was really small. It was even too small to pick up express delivery. The quality was not very good. I had nine large pieces of luggage. I just walked from the hotel front desk alone. I took the elevator many times and carried my two hundred kilograms of stuff downstairs. The staff saw it and didn't even ask politely if I needed help.
