Beautiful place.
Service is so so because you have to contact housekeeping through WhatsApp. Not very efficient.
Food is ok. Not the best but not the worst too. Quite satisfactory. Can improve for sure.
But definitely the best resort in Tioman hands down.
Will go back for the view!

島上的風景十分優美，尤其是傍晚夕陽下，棧道、海水、雲朵、海鷗一起構成的畫面，真是令人心醉。島上還可以浮潛、玩皮划艇，或者什麼都不做，就躺在沙灘邊的軟墊上，看着蔚藍清脆的海水，聽着海浪的聲音，乾著自己小事情，也很愜意舒適。
房間是木質風，我們的房間還帶一個小的泳池，還有一個庭院，房間內還有一個小小的閣樓空間，基礎設施都是配備齊全，尤其是知道我們是中國遊客，還把電視的網飛調節成了中文，真是太細心了。晚上酒店還提供夜床服務，香氛蠟燭、寫在樹葉上的小字條，會讓你一秒有回家的感覺。
關於飲食，島上有一個馬來西亞餐廳和意大利餐廳（因為酒店老闆是意大利人，他娶了馬來西亞老婆，所以在這裏建了一個酒店），早餐是酒店的buffet，在提供自助的同時，也提供點單服務，早餐的麪包、各種吐司、鬆餅、酸奶都好好吃，建議大家點有peanut butter的；我們在島上衹吃了一頓意大利餐廳，是平均水平，其餘時間都在馬來西亞餐廳，主廚非常會做濃油赤醬、酸甜辣、油炸的食物，人也很幽默，提供的smoothie也非常的真材實料，尤其推薦大家常常他們的green Apple juice，是夏天清甜的味道。另外，還有一個happy hour的小酒吧，裏面也有賣烤物，有新鮮海鮮，我們前面不知道，所以錯過了，但是我們最後order了漢堡，太好吃了！肉汁充沛，雖然麪包有點點幹，但是瑕不掩瑜，連配菜烤土豆都好吃！
最後，這裏的酒店服務實在沒得説，工作人員見到你都會微笑問好，有任何需要他們會立馬想辦法協助你，總而言之，是一種回家的感覺，想到他們就會一種安心的感覺。
就是交通有點麻煩，我們在吉隆坡機場落地，包車到了豐盛港坐船，還順路在馬六甲玩了幾個鐘頭，中午兩點多從機場附近的奧萊出發，到馬六甲大概四五點，七點啟程前往豐盛港，到達時間已經是晚上十一點，在豐盛港的一家民宿睡了一晚，第二天坐了十一點半的船到刁曼島，然後再坐十幾分鍾酒店的船到達酒店。雖然很麻煩，但是怎麼説呢，最後一天酒店送我們到刁曼島碼頭坐船，看着他們和我們道別的樣子，還是會產生總有一天，我要再回去的想法，我想除了風景之外，他們的質樸、真誠、體貼也讓這家酒店有一種家的感覺，真是“home、sweet home”

We chose Japamala Tioman for our wedding anniversary and this boutique resort did not disappoint. Service was impeccable from the time we were picked up at the ferry terminal at Kampung Genting until the time we left.
Kudos to the manger Kenny and his team for their hospitality in making our anniversary memorable. Food was in general above average (dessert was fantastic) and some dishes were a bit salty as we don’t consume too salty food in our diet. We gave feedback and to our surprise the staff took it seriously as our subsequent dishes served weren’t as salty. The rooms are clean and the sea view fantastic, allowing us to take in the magnificent sunset views every evening.
Not much to do, as this resort is more for guest to disconnect. Hiking to Batu Permata and to Kampung Genting was doable. Canoeing and snorkelling by the resort was great.
Overall we enjoyed our stay there. Thanks Japamala!

We spent a week in this beautiful resort. We were very impressed by the friendliness of all the staff. Everyone gets along well with each other. The food is very good and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. They offer super fresh juices.
The resort needs some maintenance in the outdoor areas. We would love to come back.
