Overall ok for Paya village. Many areas feel dated. No porter service to your rooms so avoid big luggage’s. Otherwise still ok. Good seafood with fresh lobsters and mudcrabs

Good room, just average condition. Very quite in the nights, that's really needed on vacation. Actually you have everything you need. The personnel is very helpful and polite. Good and various breakfast. The place rather relaxing specially in the second part of the day when the water level is minimal.

The resort has everything you need — meal options are buffet, grill, BBQ, and fried dishes with excellent wok hei. It also offers a spa, dive centre, mini mart, and an activity centre that arranges snorkeling, trekking, kayaking, and more. Right in front of the resort is a clean, beautiful beach, and Tomok Island is just a short walk away for snorkeling.

Very excellent experience staying at the hotel located at very close to jetty, and zero distance to beach so it has amazing sea view. It also offers fruitful activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving and hiking. Very good breakfast and affordable prices for foods in its restaurant.

Avoid staying at this resort unless you want to experience bedbug bites, endure a series of allergic reactions, and have the resort's manager shift the blame onto the guests, claiming they didn't choose to make a fuss at the time.

front desk staff is rude(the man on duty on 13/6 n 14/6 am) room service team is much better , responds is fast & helpful ,very polite too. sea view is blocked by new rooms build up , what a shame . swimming pool is dirty , all the sliding doors in the rooms are stuck , can not open well. Fulls of insects in the room. No more beachfront view as blocked by another villa in front.

Overall Stay was acceptable, Location is very near to jetty. Food at hotel Asian Food better then. Western Food. Ferry tickets a bit expensive. ATV car is not really in good condition, need to change 2-3 times to able complete the whole track
