The room is very stylish and feels like it has been there for quite some time.
The frogs in the sewers croaked loudly in the middle of the night, their voices were so huge that it was a bit scary.
The Wifi signal in the room is weak and you need to stand at the door to strengthen it; the shower head has a small amount of water; breakfast needs to be bought separately and the portion is small; there is only one bottle of water and you need to buy an extra bottle.
The bedroom has two beds, one large and one small. The mattresses are of suitable firmness and can accommodate three people. However, the air conditioner blows directly on the large bed, making a bit of noise.

Great place to s
The hotel is in a quiet area close to the ruins. There are beautiful gardens around the hotel and surrounding the pool. It is nice for the kids as there is a pool, a movie watching room with a pool table and foosball. Also the area around the hotel is nice for walking and exploring. The hotel itself is designed nicely and the whole place really has a lot of character. The only downfall really is that there is nothing else around as far as stores or restaurants, so you have to eat at the hotel restaurant and it does have limited hours.

The hotel is ideally located next to Chichen Itza making it perfect to arrive on site at 8am for the opening giving you a couple hours before all the big tourist buses arrive. The hotel itself is simple, clean and fine for a one night stay. Staff was friendly and the pool was great to refresh after the drive from Tulum. We had a family room with the weirdest connecting bathroom! One thing that could be improved is removing the plastic protection on mattress as really not comfortable and makes a lot of noise. Restaurant was like the hotel simple food and ok for a stop over to see such a spectacular site the following day.

The Villas was a great stop over. Very clean, the pool was wonderful, all staff smile and are helpful. The highlight was Jaime our guide to the ruins. Very special treatment, great info on the history and the people. Highly recommend a this more personal tour.

Beautiful design, clean property, clean pool. Comfortable, hot water for showers. 2 water bottles, towels and soap provided. Hotel restaurant food and drinks are expensive though.

Great value for money. Nice pool with lounge chairs by the side, and room was clean and comfortable with good AC. Staff was very kind and helpful. And location near the park is great for an early morning start. Only negative was the dinner at the restaurant was very bland, and it’s not very close to other food options.

Reasable option for one night.
This is a pleasant place to stay if you want to sleep close to chichen itza.
Last renovation has been a while ago, but it is clean, staff is friendly and the restaurant a good option for the day.
WiFi is weak, beds are short but fine for the 1,80 I have.
