Hôtel de la chaine Relais et Château est situé à la même adresse que le restaurant gastronomique l'Assiette Champenoise. Notre chambre spacieuse, de type standard, avait un lit king size, une grande salle de bain et tout le confort que l'on peut attendre de ce type d'établissement. Une demi bouteille de champagne Moet et Chandon nous attendait à notre arrivée dans la chambre. Elle était accompagnée de 2 succulents gâteaux. L'hôtel possède un petit parc avec son jardin potager et aromatique ainsi qu'une grande piscine. Le petit déjeuner fut un régal depuis la croissanterie jusqu'aux fruits en passant par la charcuterie, le fromage, les tartes salées et sucrées, œufs, crêpes et autres douceurs du matin. Personnel tout aussi agréable que la veille au restaurant. Si l'occasion se représente nous y séjournerons à nouveau avec plaisir.

We have stayed at a few different hotels in the Champagne area, and this was by far the best of them. The staff is so warm and friendly, the rooms are incredibly spacious and offers perhaps the BEST bed. It’s like sleeping inside of a cloud. Breakfast was great - I’d fly back just to have their croissants. Do NOT miss dinner - a true Michelin 3* dining experience. Thanks to the Lallemont team for their extraordinary hospitality.

Un endroit merveilleux avec un service de qualité exceptionnelle, un personnel accueillant et soucieux du bien être de leurs clients, aux petits soins tout au long du séjour, et qui a de la mémoire puisque ils se sont rappelés de notre précédent séjour.
