The location is good and convenient, you can walk to many places and there is a laundry opposite. But the cleaning needs to be improved.

the hostel is very no frills (no curtains and aircon was a bit temperamental while i was there) but the owner, Jean, was so lovely and the service is top notch. i accidentally took the keycard and she was so understanding, didn't try to charge me and figured out a solution. so i would definitely return for the warm welcome. :)

Good hostel for lady solo travelers! The location is awesome, you can explore George Town by walking from the hostel. You can fill up drinking water from hostel as well. The owner was very nice with me, she gave me a lot of information about traveling there. I think they just need lockers for keeping stuff.

Excellent hostess Jean , pleasant and helpful.
Her volunteer helper Hang is attentive. The location is perfect and I enjoyed walking around in George Town , fascinating architectures , maintaining the historical part of Penang , two nights in George Town was enjoyable. Thank you 😊

Thank you to the friendly shop owner for providing such a great resting environment, which added to the beauty of my trip to Penang. My roommates are all quiet, the atmosphere is good, and the hygiene is qualified. I will choose this place again next time I come!

I was here at a solo female traveler. The owner was so friendly and so courteous she helped me so much and im so thankful for that. I felt really safe in that hostel and the location was great. Everything you need was just a few minutes walk away. The room was clean and everything was organized
