Tiantai Hot Spring Resort

The hotel room itself is good, with a high ceiling, comfortable bedding, clean, and welcome fruit, but the sound insulation is average, and you can hear the noise from the next door in the corridor. Fortunately, most people who stay here don't stay up late, but when you get up early, the old lady walks in at 6 o'clock and yells loudly. The most outrageous thing is that someone actually smokes in the corridor. The video is too short to be uploaded, so I took a screenshot to show the hotel. Is your smoke alarm broken? ? Smoking in the corridor is full of smoke and no one comes to take care of it. I told the cleaning lady and I don't know if she stopped it later. It's outrageous. What if there is a fire! ? Then, don't listen to the front desk and upgrade your room to Building 2, otherwise you will get a horrible U-shaped corridor that cannot be crossed, and the hotel does not provide door-to-door delivery service. You have to walk through such a long corridor alone in the middle of the night (speed up + cut half, the actual time to walk back is at least five minutes). Who came up with this large and inconvenient design? In addition, the gym is shabby, and the high-position pull-down equipment cannot be added. The plugs for both machines have been taken away, making the good equipment unusable. There is not a single dumbbell. Is it because they are afraid that the quality of the guests is too poor or the management is negligent?

The hotel is elegant and has a great atmosphere. It is a great place to stay. It is right at the foot of Tiantai Mountain and close to all the attractions. I would like to give a special compliment to the breakfast, which is the freshest breakfast I had during the trip.

I have never had such a good stay experience. The room ceiling is very high, not at all oppressive, and the service of the service staff is very good. First, I went to the front desk and found out that I booked a double bed room, and took the initiative to ask for me to change the room to a twin bed room. Then the housekeeping center helped me to dry my swimsuit because my swimsuit could not be dried (here I have to complain that the hot spring swimming pool did not have a dryer), so that I could get a dry swimsuit when I left the hotel.

I have to give a five-star rating. The hotel facilities are very good, the hot springs are very comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious! It is very close to Guoqing Temple. Going to Guoqing Temple early in the morning is perfect to avoid the peak of the crowd! I was particularly touched that the staff were very attentive to the service. Our child's switch was lost somewhere, and the staff took it away and charged it. It is really worth a thumbs up. I will stay here again next time I go to Tiantai.
