"By chance, we found this newly opened B&B. We drove all the way from the north with our dog. It is hard to find such a dog-friendly, clean, warm and thoughtful place. The owner likes photography and small animals. The auntie helped us prepare breakfast in a gentle voice and recommended suitable tour routes for us. We originally planned to stay for only one night and then continue our journey. Because it was so comfortable, we renewed the reservation for another night. The only regret is that the owner happened to have something to do, so we couldn't have a drink together. Looking forward to the next time!"

"The front desk staff were polite, but there was a used tissue from the previous guest on the counter, which was a bit off-putting. Overall, it was good – the bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. The only minor drawbacks were that there was no doorman to help with luggage upon arrival, and the welcome fruit wasn't washed and even had some spoiled pieces. It's not super close to the Old Street, BUT there are electric bikes right nearby that are really fun to ride!"

"Coming to this hot spring hotel in winter was truly wonderful. It's right next to Guoqing Temple. The hotel itself is built like a palace, with the owner's collection of calligraphy and paintings adorning the walls. I particularly loved the four red horse paintings by Giuseppe Castiglione in the lobby. There are also three huge golden nanmu pillars in the lobby."
Tiantai Maitian Yaduo Hotel (Tiantai Mountain Jigong Former Residence Branch)
"This hotel was a real pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic – Ji Gong's Former Residence is only about 300 meters to the left when you step out, and you can easily walk to Zhexixi Old Street, making getting around super convenient. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was just right, not too soft nor too hard, so I slept soundly until morning. The soundproofing was also good. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water came on quickly. The breakfast selection was quite extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, and it tasted great too. Overall, it offers incredible value for money. I'd highly recommend it for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance!"

"The young lady at the front desk and the cleaning lady were all very friendly. They took the initiative to help us print out the children's homework exercises so that they would not delay their studies and check in. They also gave us bottled water when we went out, and there was also a food delivery robot, which we often troubled to deliver meals. I was also very satisfied with the room, which was not far from the Guoqing Scenic Area. It was a satisfying experience."

Facilities: I chose the Shanyin room, which is very large, with central air conditioning and sufficient heating. I am not afraid of the cold in the mountains, and the bath water is very hot. Environment: There is a special parking space in Tahou Village, which is free of charge and very satisfactory. Although I was a little panicked when I drove in at the beginning and found that there was no light, there were street lights after entering the village, and the place was easy to find. It was also very quiet at night. If you are playing in Tiantai Mountain, this geographical location is very convenient to go anywhere. Service: The breakfast of the homestay is very rich. I went to climb the Nanhuang Ancient Road on Saturday. Fortunately, the boss lady fed us, otherwise it would be very tiring to climb for nearly 5 hours. The pickled vegetables are all made by their family. Corn, pumpkin, and moss cakes are all delicious. You can make an appointment with the boss lady in advance for dinner. Just add her mobile phone number and WeChat. The boss said that the fish was caught in the reservoir. In order to ensure freshness, he went to pick it up in the afternoon. So if you want to eat steamed fish, tell them in advance. When I left, I forgot to take the charging cable with me. The owner called me very attentively and said he would send it back to me. Fortunately, I didn't go far, so I went back to get it. Next time I come to Tiantai Mountain, I will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"I spent over 700! The worst hotel service ever! Just before 10pm, when I was about to go to bed, the waiter knocked on my door and asked if I had seen any red bags in the room. Even more speechless, at 2am, the front desk called to confirm if anyone had checked in! It was truly devastating. After being woken up by the phone, I listened to the clamoring of the KTV downstairs. I didn't get a good night's rest. I'm speechless. Terrible review, terrible review, terrible review!"

"I booked this hotel after seeing a friend staying there. It was a fantastic experience. The room was huge, and they thoughtfully gave me welcome fruit upon check-in. They also had afternoon tea every day, which was just mung bean cake and fruit, but it was delicious. Breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options, and I tried both on two separate days. I also loved the Japanese-style furniture and decor. The hotel is located in the old street, making it very convenient for dining nearby. The front desk staff were very welcoming, especially the two beautiful women, Xiao Chen and Jin Jing."
