We were rebooked for this place with 48 hours notice due to weather conditions at the originally booked Wuksachi Lodge. Upon entering the cabin lot, we immediately knew something was all wrong: The cabin is situated 15-20 ft from the busy Sierra Drive. A water hose appearing from over the neighbour fence and leading up to the cabin was apparently sourcing water for the cabin. Perhaps this was the reason the toilette would not flush at all. A blanket was placed on the couch to cover huge holes in the seating cover, earwigs moved around inside the refrigerator, a loft alu ladder was pulled down right in front of a very old TV set. The slender and unstable ladder was the only access to the upstairs beds. In general, the cabin was dirty and unhygienic. Thick layers of dirt was easy to see on top of the refrigerator and on the carpeting in the closets. Furniture looked as if it were bought at a garage sale. In short: Stay away! We decided to leave after 5-10 minutes and checked in at our own cost at the nearby Comfort Inn & Suites.
