Property Description
Enjoy a stay on our 380 acre private ranch that shares a property line with Sequoia National Park. The ranch is located just minutes away from the park entrance! The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds, and a 60ft waterfall. Our property is great for the hiking, bird watching, swimming, or fishing enthusiast! A map of the land and its features will be provided upon arrival. The Cabin: The cabin features a cozy and inviting interior, with plenty of natural light and rustic charm. A fifth sleeping arrangement is available via a fold-down futon, best for a child or small adult (dimensions: 66.1" length x 39.4" width). New for Summer of 2025, upgraded appliances including a stove, dishwasher, and microwave have been added to the kitchen. A new couch has been added to the living room and the bedding and towels are new as well. After a day of hiking amongst the redwoods, unwind in the comfortable living area, or enjoy a quiet evening out and relax on the new patio furniture. Enjoy the view of the mountains over a glass of wine by the firepit and keep your eyes peeled for any of the surrounding wildlife. Guest Access: You will have access to this private cabin and the 380 acres of private land shared only between our 5 cabins. As a guest of the ranch, we will provide you with directions to the cabin ahead of your stay. We recommend downloading Google map directions ahead of time due to AT&T being the only cellular service available. The cabins do have complimentary Wi-Fi for use during your stay. With an hour or more of notice our co-host, Kori, can meet you at the ranch entrance to answer any questions or help point you in the direction of your cabin. Other Things to Note: The ranch is made up of 380 acres of private land reserved for use by only our cabin guests (5 total cabins). Cabins are located on unpaved roads within the ranch property. There is Wi-Fi in the cabin with cellular service available (AT&T only). We hope you encounter some of the amazing wildlife during your stay, we ask that you please keep all food contained within the cabin. Although the ranch shares a property line with Sequoia National Park, the gates are about a 15-minute drive away. Be sure to reference the trail map for our favorite hikes within the private ranch and suggestions for other loved trails within the national park. During your park visit you can expect to see some of the world’s largest trees and maybe even some of the native wildlife. We have plenty of other recommendations we can’t wait to share including dining, grocers, activities, and other entertainment near Three Rivers. All photos of the landscape are photos from the private guest ranch. First, kudos to Sao and spouse, Linda! They are the onsite caretakers/managers.They maintain and upgrade the property and cabins. They are so helpful, professional, gracious, and friendly. Can't say enough to express our gratitude. The cabin is awesome. The large covered front porch/veranda has bbq, fireplace, etc. There are 4 or 5 comfortable wooden Adirondack chairs with cup holders. The roof of it extends over the front door and is cemented. You can park your car right beside it to make it convinient. The view to Sequoia is beautiful. The gorgeous Moro Rock is looking right at you! The 360 views bathe your eyes. There's a swinging 2-seater bench hanging from a tree with a nearby log bench facing west. The river is a just a couple minutes down which is assisted by steps. For us older folk with minor handicaps it can be a bit to handle taking folding seats and small bags of "beach" items, especially walking back up the slope. Walking sticks/cane recommended, but will limit how much you carry. The inside is tastefully updated updated. The stove, fridge, and dishwasher are small but work well. The bathroom is small, but has a large shower space. It needs more lighting. The bed is reeeeely comfortable, but we told Sao about the "plastic bottle crunching" sound when going to sit/lie on it. Once settled, no problem. There were a couple of minorincidentals to tend which Sao will fix. The cabin is superdooper!!! When we return we will ask for it specifically!!!

Beautiful property We loved our stay in Three Rivers! The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable and we were a short walk from the river. The only downside was that the cabin and refrigerator were infested with ants so it made storing our food difficult. I can understand the ants in the cabin but the ones in the fridge were frustrating. Regardless, we still hope to return one day!

Great cabin Great cabin and location. I greatly appreciate that they recognized and fixed prior to our arrival an issue with the hot water heater, as well as escorting us to the cabin. We would not have found it in the dark. Thank you. Will stay again when the opportunity presents itself.

Wonderful Stay This place was perfect. The cabin was as advertised. The property itself was amazing. Two minute walk to the beautiful river. Maybe a 10-15 minute drive to the gates of Sequoia Park. I went fishing at the river both mornings of our stay and caught 3 species of fish in less than two hours of fishing. Communication from property manager was excellent. Hoping to come back soon.

Beautiful Place and Property! The Sequoia Mountain View Cabin was perfect for us! Kori was an absolutely wonderful host from all the lovely suggestions to answering any questions we had. Cabin was only about 20 min to SNP entrance and had two amazing swimming holes to enjoy after hiking all day. We were able to completely unplug and enjoy the breath taking surroundings. Would definitely return!
