1. Heavy constuction all around 2. Food was terrible 3. Very nice and utterly incompentent staff, pathetic. 4. If you stay under the restaurant (3rd floor) the noise starts early and goes late at night. Could be simply fixed with pad under the chairs (wood on wood) but no common sense. 5. No consideration for the noise from other "guests" as the kitchen should not be open past a certain hour for drinking and curousing.
