The curtains don't block out light. The water is small.
Other things are ok, especially the microwave in the room, which is very convenient.

The service is very good, the location is very beautiful, the following are the better restaurants, marinas, etc. in Auckland.

We originally booked two rooms, one with a large bed and the other with two small beds, but when we checked in, we only had one room for each room. However, after negotiation, we added an extra small bed for free, which was very efficient ~ the balcony has a great view. OK~

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with balcony, kitchen (with oven, microwave, large refrigerator) and washer and dryer; it has a lot of space. We stayed for a total of 6 nights. There was no room cleaning. We had to take out the trash ourselves. Room cleaning service will only be provided if we stay for more than 7 nights.

The overall feeling is very good. This area is very quiet, but it is also in the cable car free zone in the city, so you don’t have to worry about transportation when going to the city for dining.

The hotel is a bit far from the Melbourne CBD and there are trams nearby. About 10-15 minutes walk to Costco and Woolworths. The environment and facilities in the hotel are very good, you can cook by yourself, if you come again, it is highly recommended

If you want a hotel with a beautiful view, this is the right place. 
Overlooking the Harbour Bridge and Opera house.
O Excellent location: Behind the hotel is the observatory and Opera house. There are many cafes and food nearby. The hotel is located on a small slope. If you have large luggage, it is recommended to take a taxi on the first day.
O Features: There are two rooms (each with a large bed), and there is also a large bed in the living room. The whole is very clean, with a washing machine, kitchenware, tableware and wine glasses, suitable for long-term stay.
O Tips: There is a vivid festival in May every year, with firecrackers and laser shows in the CBD, which are suitable for watching here.
