A big shout out goes to a chosen few whom I have dealt with while on my trips to PH.Hiranandani Estate. Security complement at the gate accords you a very refreshing welcome always. Lobby is lit with extremely polite and caring staff led by the magnetic presence of forever helpful, crisply attired Mr. Dinesh Bidhuri. If I have to choose my favourite it has to be the mentor at the Gym Mr. Satish who is the reason I visit the Gym regularly. He is well mannered, cultured and very friendly. The Gym sparkles with immense energy when he is around. He will make you workout with such ease and elegance that you will wonder “ Wow ! I too could do that”. Kudos to Mr. Satish. The ever so smiling Mr. Suraj too is available to answer any of your needs and is very courteous with the guests. Two Gentlemen who are super in their respective jobs are Mr Mangesh at the lobby and Mr. Ulhas in the Housekeeping Dept. Mr Deb and his team ensures that we as Viking members are well taken care of at PH. Keep Going Folks.

We went for Dinner Buffet. The spread was good. The team took extra care for all the request or modification with a smiling face. If you want a quite dinner with less ppl go lil early. PS - The desert section is an eye candy. For any suggestion on food and other assistance - Sourabh Kulkarni is always around with the best service.

Had a fantastic experience at Planet Hollywood today! The ambiance was vibrant, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Thanks to Sourabh and Cajitan for their exceptional hospitality—they were attentive, courteous, and made sure everything was perfect. truly enhanced the dining experience. Highly recommend this place for great food and excellent service. Will definitely be visiting again

Had an amazing experience at this hotel. Themed around Hollywood, the hotel is clean, with many restaurants & facilities. Served by several very good staff. I remember Imon. Good service and another gentleman Vikram on the reception who helped pay for taxi when we couldn't get change It's also located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay

Still here halfway through a two week stay. Staff in atmosphere roof top bar and restaurant could not be more helpful. Atmosphere is an outstanding venue to watch the sun go down. Has a trendy vibe and chill tunes and great food. Thank you to Haidar and Deepak for always taking such good care.

It’s one of the best Hotel in and around Thane and all the staff extends great hospitality to all their guests and their stay and visits most memorable.I extend special thanks to Mr Dinesh Ankita Deepasha and Arun for taking care to infinity. I will say a must visit Hotel for amazing and memorable experience because of hospitality beyond expectations.
