Thank you very much for hearty hospitality! I was blessed to spend 2 weeks in this amazing place. Everyone who works in Planet Hollywood hotel treated me with utter respect and kindness. After peaceful deep sleep it was great to start the day with delicious cuisine assortment offered for breakfast. The restraurant team (including managers) works hard to make everyone feel welcome, happy and sutisfied. Ms. Senjam Parash lights up the breakfast experienece with sunshine smile and kindness. After long office day it felt great to come back to the stylish, beautiful, tasteful, modern, calming and clean premisses of the hotel. Thank you to the gatekeepers, doorkeepers, parters, front desk and laundry service to make my stay impeccable and happy. Separate heartful gratitude goes to houskeeping team (Mr. Chitaranjan and Mr. Rohit), who was always going an extra mile to make me feel extremly happy and cosy in the room! One more great asset of the hotel is SPA services. The massage from Ms. Lucy was one of the most efficient and memorable in my life! It is also important to mention great communication and problem solving skills performed during my stay by the front desk! Special gratitude goes to Ms. Siddhi M. and night shift people for assisting me with early morning (3 a.m.) check out. They helped me with successfully locating my uber driver who for some reason decided to park away from the hotel and hardly had space for my luggage. Next time I am going to ask hotel to arrange the airport transfer for me instead of relying on uber. If I ever to come back to Thane, I will definitelly choose to stay in the marvellouse Planet Hollywood hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at Planet Hollywood Thane. The room was lovely — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The buffet breakfast was amazing with a great variety of delicious options. The people at the reception were very helpful and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. The staff throughout the hotel are extremely polite, attentive, and always ensure that guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Special thanks to Mr. Karan, Mr. Pankaj, and Mr. Amar for their constant support and warm hospitality throughout my stay. Their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. I highly recommend Planet Hollywood Thane to anyone looking for excellent service, great food, nice location and a pleasant, comfortable stay!

The experience of having food - breakfast is miserable here. They literally have no regards for bigger business groups coming here to host meeting. Everything is cold and stale, almost 100 people went disappointed after diwali breakfast. People really need to think twice before hosting big weddings or business meetings. They claim themselves to be 5 star but i would rate them below 3 stars

Best and clean hotel best food. Good service. Pleasent atmosphere. My room was on 9th floor nice view outside. Overall rating 4•6 out of 5

Was a nice experience over their, I see peoples are taking care well.. expecially I would say the name OM KAMBLE , it's a good impression from him from the first day... All good keep it up...
