During the night it turns off by itself at random times. Sometimes after 10 minutes, sometimes after 20 etcetera. Waking up in sweat and have to turn it back on is not so pleasant after booking this hotel specifically for air-conditioning. "

"Hotel not too bad but if you get noisy neighbours you're not going to sleep well. Parking now costs £3 Just another moneymaking rouse and most unwelcome. As for food we would never set foot in that restaurant again. They messed up our booking for 8 through obviously inexperienced staff. Burgers are not in the same league as McDonald's and both were sent back, and the other meals in our group were all poor. The bill got totally messed up and took ages to sort out, we didn't get out of the restaurant until after 9pm by which time the bar had closed, unreal. Breakfast was only luke warm with the black pudding being nothing more than an inedible burnt cinder. Would we stay again, definitely not, mainly due to the beefeater restaurant."

"On Trip.com said free parking, but got charged £5 for parking upon arrival. Good budget hotel, you pay for what you get really. Dated rooms, but clean enough. Hotel location is at a services, so no public transport etc, but good location if you have your own car. Easy check in and check out. "

"We booked a table for a family of 8 including 2 young children! We waited forever to be offered drinks/ menus despite it being almost empty! Then had to ask if we could order as they didn’t come back! Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful service was very poor and staff were unfriendly! Sat there for 3 hrs just to eat 2 courses and we’d had to prompt them at every point! However, food was good."
