This was our first time staying at KSL Hot Spring Resort Hotel. The room was quite spacious with a large king-size bed. While there aren't many amenities and no connected shopping mall like at KSL, my children absolutely loved it, especially the indoor hot spring facilities.

KSL Hot Spring Resort is Not understanding at all. Especially when I’ve explained and uploaded photo as proof. Still couldn’t get my refund. I’m deeply disappointed and will not attempt to book it again. Luckily have not even stayed as there are poor comment too. :/ FYI: family and I have been looking forward to the trip but was held up at the custom. It’s not a purposely booked and not show up. It involve money to even book why should I even not show up. Well, strongly not recommended.

When i booked this hotel, i though it was near KSL mall.... but end up this hotel is so far away from the KSL mall ＞.＜ surrounding do not have any 7-11 store or convivence shop to buy any snack/bread....
But the hotel room is big and clean. Price is cheaper than KSL hotel. Sound proof. The hotel staff service is good too.
