The host not very responsive. Promised by 2pm will let me know the letterbox password. But there isn’t anyone response to the msg till check in time. Every other groups got their key before check in except mine. No response till we keep calling and msg them. Finally got someone response and the cleaner still at apt doing cleaning. The both bed at the master room need to change. I can feel the wood below anytime can collapse.
