The street noise could be heard completely inside the room, and even though I called twice to get room service, no one came in the end.

It's our second stay in this hotel. Efficient check-in and out, clean comfortable room with spacious shower cubicle, clean towels, good high speed internet. The breakfast buffet variety and options became less compared to our previous stay in Nov 2024. May be cost cutting ? Tried the set menu lunch - salad, soup, main and dessert with tea, wate for 99k + 12% tax/service charge. Good value and delicious.

It is a clean and well-equipped hotel. The staff is friendly. It is also easy to access the city. You can use the subway or take a taxi.

There are big security issues in the hotel. Someone broke into the room where two girls lived at night, but the door was locked and it didn't work at all. The next day we asked the hotel to retrieve the surveillance footage but our request was rejected. The two girls were so scared that they didn't sleep all night. You really can't stay in a hotel like this, it's too scary. It's not worthy of being a four-star hotel. Therefore, it is very important for guests to check in carefully and stay safe when they are out.

When I called a taxi, the staff member forgot to call out and the taxi went ahead, but the staff member was very kind and helpful and I am very grateful.

In general, everything is fine, the only thing is that the air conditioner has not yet been switched to cooling - it was very hot in the room (about 27), on my first visit a week ago it was terribly cold (in the room about 20) and nothing can be done about it, the air conditioner adjustment does not affect, because the air conditioning is common. Bathrobes on request - keep this in mind and ask in advance. Nearby there is a food market, pharmacies and local cuisine (samsa, manti, plov, mastava, shurpa - everything is there).
