Best Taormina Hotels

The service is warm and thoughtful. The room has a great view. It is worth recommending! It is very convenient to walk 10 minutes from the main city of Taormina, or take the shuttle bus provided by the hotel.

The location is on the hillside of the ancient city, with the ancient castle in the background. You can see the ancient Greek theater on the top floor, and it is only a 1-minute walk to the central street of the ancient city. The room facilities are modern and generally superior rooms are relatively small and suitable for one person. You can see the sunrise from the balcony room.

The ocean view is really heartfelt. To get to the city center, you have to walk and then take the cable car. Personally think the hotel is fine, but just a little old. The main reason is that the price is not good. Sorry for the price of 2000 nights (late October, out of high season). Lower than expected. Reasonable price 1200.

Outdated facilities, small rooms, poor sound insulation, the crowds in the streets have been talking about in the middle of the night, the music of the hotel restaurant awakened me in the morning. In the city center, close to the cathedral, the service is acceptable, the breakfast is rich, and the large terrace on the third floor is beautiful. In general, the price/performance ratio is in taormina in August. It is fine if I booked a hotel on the same day as I did. If it is a low season, there should be many better choices.

The hotel is boutique and situated in a cove. The walk is tough to get around, so it’s not for people with mobility issues. The cable car was closed! The gym was closed (my husband is an international sportsman, so that was not ok for him). The food is ok for breakfast, however, they run out a lot and I had to keep asking for things. The beds on the beach are not great, neither are they comfortable. Bella island was also closed. It was May so it’s confusing how things were closed. The hotel was noisy, they had an event and were shouting and laughing whilst dragging (yes dragging) big furniture outside along my room on stones. Woke me up at 3am! Seriously. Very bizarre behaviour for a hotel. Certainly wouldn’t go back.

The services in all aspects are in place, and the breakfast is so rich that I didn’t even eat it all during my two-day stay. Watching the sunrise on the top floor is also great. It happened to be a sunny day. Not only did I see the perfect sun rise, I also heard the chirping of birds and the harmonious sound of the waves. I saw trains and cars passing by. Next time the weather is warmer, I must experience the rooftop view. swimming pool 🏊
