部屋（４階）から見える景色は、朝陽に照らし出される海とエトナ山がよく見え、繁華街も、１階に降りた出口から階段を降りるとすぐに出れる便利さで、散歩にも、食事にも便利でした。部屋も清潔に整えられていましたし、従業員も親切でした。

The hotel is average - nice location, next to everything. But they have to provide internet access urgently - it is inexcusable, in the middle of 2018, to have wifi only in public areas (and with slowness). I

They advertised a terrace bar with photos. That doesn’t exist. The hotel is under construction. The place is not nice, the staff isn’t helpful. Please don’t stay here.

The air condition unit in my room was very old and did not work. Alberto kindly moved me to another room for 1 night but he could not do it for more because there was no free room. Thus I had to open the large windows for the nights and sleep without cover. That did not solve the problem because of extreme humidity due to the rain.

The Hotel was at the centre of a lot of restaurant s& Shops. The atmosphere was very lively and entertaining.
Staff at reception were welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast was very nice and hotel was clean. The decor of the Reception area and other common areas was beautiful.
Room was a bit small and it was disappointing that the Terrace area was closed for repair as the view from up there would have been amazing.
