因為訂了這家酒店在修繕，攜程的酒店管家幫忙協調改到同集團另一家酒店 Hotel Villa Ducale，還幫忙爭取升級房型，攜程的酒店管家真的給100分，到了酒店被升級到超級大的suites，也太棒了，房間雅緻，每一位服務人員都非常熱情親切，早餐也美味好吃，非常完美的住宿體驗

Fabulous location, excellent staff, gorgeous rooms, stunning grounds and the breakfast ... well the breakfast was something else. The best we have had in all of our +30 of travelling. I would highlighly recommend! Oh and a big tickwas the champagne on offer at breakfast! Thank you. :)

Great, centrally located apartment with a wonderful view. All the necessary amenities, including a washing machine😁, so the entire 3 days were spent enjoying everything Taormina has to offer

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Carlotta. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Facilities were very nice. The view was amazing. The location was perfect. We were able to easily walk to the town of Taormina. We enjoyed walking through shops and stopping at the little cafes and restaurants. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant on our last evening and the food was amazing. We had the lamb chops and grouper. It was a relaxing stay

Our rooms were right underneath a restaurant, and were VERY noisy at night (noised stopped around 1130 pm. I mentioned this to the hotel the next day, and they said that I should have known it would be noisy as our rooms were in the town. I then told them that at 6,900 EUR for a 4 night stay, I expected us to be able to go to sleep when we wanted (we aren't paying for a hostel at that price!). They then gave us complimentary breakfast to apologize for the noisiness at night. Then, on the 3rd night, it rained, and there were NUMEROUS leaks in the roof. I called the hotel to alert them, and they said that "it's just raining alot, and we're not used to the rain..."...??? I than told them that at 6,900 EUR for 4 nights, we should not have to deal with multiple leaks in the roof and water on the floors/stairs. I told this to the hotel the next day, and they gave us free breakfast (althought they had already given us free breakfast for the noise at night!). All in all, poorly managed & maintained hotel/property, and POOR value for the price!
