洲際算是最老的一個五星，前台服務大部分不錯，就6月22號大概傍晚6:30左右，我們下去開車問了一下怎麼免費停車錄入訊息。其中一個前台説掃描，我就問了句就是掃描錄入訊息嗎？前台回覆：“什麼錄入訊息？你説什麼？就是免費領停車碼？我就是沒有錄下來此語氣。因為我帶着孩子沒有和她去battle。我請問了？你是不是服務行業？有沒有過系統培訓過？能幹不能幹？不能幹辭職哈。還有一位house keeping 早上7點按門鈴把我女兒吵醒了，然後我哄了一個小時，這個情況去年住一個星期的時候也發生過。我請問了五星酒店溝通有問題嗎？啊？要瘋嗎？我直接換文旅酒店了
