晚上不知哪個房間用水，這個房間的水管就會發出巨響。一晚上整醒好幾次。服務人員理念有問題。不專業。

前台小夏提前給我打了電話 安排了房間 做了升級 衹不過房間裏面出現了問題！小夏的服務態度挺滿意的 就是經理沒有當麪溝通 到了第二天溝通完之後讓我的心裏舒適了許多 理解小夏！這個我好評給了哦 下次我來就找小夏啦 小夏記得提前檢查房間哦～

房間明亮乾淨，有迎賓水果盤，酒店設施齊全。客房服務也非常到位，前台服務態度好，特別是前台樑雪琪，每次來都笑容滿面，讓人感覺很温馨。辦理入住和退房手續都非常迅速，效率高。
