開始看着環境挺好就選擇了這家，結果讓我懊悔不已，下午辦完入住放下行李洗個臉，就去接朋友吃飯去河頭老街，回來晚上十二點多就睡覺，早起孩子玩耍發現枕頭上有疑似血跡，然後全家檢查身體沒發現有破傷，然後孩子説昨天來看見被子上就有，結果發現被子上也有，就給前台打電話讓上來一趟，磨磨唧唧二十多分鐘才來，然後就説他們一客一換，這麼臟肯定能發現，讓看看我們有沒有傷，有沒有塗膏葯，説給送個金卡，然後退一半房租，我們態度是檢驗血跡確認沒有傳染病，至於賠償或者房租什麼他們自己看着處理，然後全家就前往秦皇島，中途大了一次電話也沒聽清楚説什麼，然後在大概下午五點打電話説他們沒有檢測的機構，房費是攜程訂單，讓找攜程退説給一張金卡，這事就完了。想説的是，1.平時住漢庭感覺住好多次還不錯，為了衞生選擇連鎖，結果你家衞生這麼噁心。2.處理事情這麼磨嘰給你們打完電話等你們十二多分鐘不能到達。3.遇見事情就就是推卸責任，你們一客一換，我相信你換了，那這麼噁心怎麼出現的。4前後不不一，人從你們店裡走了，你就這個那個開門做生意誠信呢。希望店鋪後期能有改善，也希望其它人入住好好看看床單枕頭，不要因為住宿影響出行美好心情。視頻上傳不了，衹能發幾張照片

第一次入住在高端小區內的酒店，有點新奇。但也正因為如此，位宿環境無可挑剔，安全性更是放心，加之新開業不久，衞生、就餐環境、服務態度都是一流的~

我住過華住會酒店裡最好的一次。新裝修的，前台小妹妹的唐山話真好聽，我晚上洗衣服她給我説你就和標簽洗好了我給你烘乾後小機器人給你送到門口。送了我早餐票。我定的大床房前台妹妹還給我升級放假更大的雙床房。北京，天津，瀋陽這一圈下來這裡是住過最好的酒店，
