房間空間很大 洗漱馬桶都分開 還有穿衣鏡 家庭房都在一層 早餐在二層 有活動買了兩天的早餐 喜歡板麪 連吃了兩天 種類不算特別多但總體滿意 有洗衣房 倆洗衣機倆乾衣機 自動投放洗衣液 停車位很多 還有充電樁 試過了快充比外面貴但是勝在不用出去 位置好 去幾個景點都很近

去年11月為了來唐山河頭老街玩，選了好久，最終選了這家華住會旗下的星程酒店，也是第一次住星程酒店，真的很驚喜，哪哪都是那麼井井有條，從酒店裝修風格到房間都是非常符合我心意的，而且離景點都不遠，我們除了去了河頭老街還去了南湖公園，這次暑假又帶着長者來了一次，依然選擇這家酒店，服務沒的説，房間簡直就是一塵不染，我就是個很潔癖的人，讓我覺得很滿意的，那肯定是不用説了，這次父母也特別滿意，説床睡着特別舒服，如果有朋友來唐山我會第一推薦這家酒店

酒店乾淨整潔，距離各個景點也都很近，早餐也中規中矩，中西合璧！除了旺季溢價有點嚴重，其他都很不錯！

設施：軟硬件設施 地理位置 確實對得起價位 無可挑剔
衞生：五一期間 客流量大 細節方面可以理解但是也可以做的更好
服務：FO的工作很不錯 可以關注到小朋友 細節方面可以做到再用心些 先自行檢查訂單是否含早餐 再給出建議
酒店住沒問題 該誇的都是實打實的好
但是早餐真的算了 🙅🏻♀️🙅🏻♀️🙅🏻♀️🙅🏻♀️下面説一下不算完美的體驗 這家酒店員工處理突發問題的能力真的是讓我瞠目結舌
2號早餐 進去沒人問房號 沒人領位 酒店體量小 桌子沒幾張 我都能理解 畢竟是節假日…但是可不可以安排一個工作人員 在門口解釋一下“現在用餐高峯 您可以打包回房間”？能不能有人關注一下 我們帶着孩子舉着盤子等在別人桌子旁？能不能不要我們去問再告訴我沒多餘位置？能不能及時補補盤子？能不能收了臟桌子把臟桌墊也收走？能不能不讓無理的客人在餐廳大喊大叫 指着我的桌子讓別人來拼桌？
如果不是我投訴提出我要取消3號早餐的訴求 這一早上怕都沒人理會我這個消費者的心情…前台給我打電話 在沒理解我的訴求下 被我掛斷了電話 第二次致電我無外乎告訴我 “經過和值班經理溝通 把兩天早餐退費給我 並且不要寫差評哦”…有人可能會説 28一位的早餐 你要什麼自行車？ 但是我想説：如果加收了15%的税費和服務費 並且五一期間房費並不低的情況下 體驗感不佳 無論是提出退費還是實打實的評價 這是我應當享受的權利和義務…
但是我要感謝攜程的後台 第一時間安撫我 處理我的投訴 給出相應的解決方法
