They need to improve for room cleaning. They don’t even mope the floor, under the bed etc. our slippers are getting dirty. , not cleaning bathroom including bath tab. We need to call them to clean but they can’t clean properly. If they want to have more Japanese tourists, they have to improve. We still will stay this hotel coz Location and room size is good.

They have good amenities. Nice location. They can improve by training the staff to smile, to clean professionally the rooms. The friendly and family atmosphere can still be improved. All else, it is still world class. Thanks for the week.

It's not a motel, just a hotel in name The pool water is dirty and I don't know when it was changed (My child came out of the water after playing in it once and his face was all messed up) They only did facility repairs for 4 nights and 5 days A small lizard appeared..The sink water doesn't drain..The bathroom floor water doesn't drain so water leaks out..The bathroom sink water doesn't drain.. The rail above the dressing room is broken..When I asked about the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, they said they hadn't used them for a while and they were hard and wouldn't come out.. There are mites on the bedding, so there are a lot of small things on my body.. There are no skin toners or razors provided as standard They gave me a toothbrush and a small toothpaste and told me to use them for 4 nights and 5 days When I asked them to put air in the tube, they told me to come back in an hour Anyway, it was the worst accommodation I don't want to go there again I trusted Trip.com and used it, but I'm disappointed with Trip.com I hope Trip.com will filter out bad accommodations in the future
