I traveles with my family included 2 elders. I give 10/10 to this hotel as everything is very convenient. The staff are very helpful. Also they have activities provided that we can select to join. Highly recommended!

This hotel is fantastic
Visiting with another couple from the UK
The site is lovely, kept very clean and options for food good both in the hotel and nearby restaurants
Pools are excellent
Swim up Deluxe rooms were great
What really sets this apart are the staff who are all so kind and courteous
Too many to mention but a special shout out to Bondi

Very comfortable staff, not very helpful. Room cleaning was OK, but not always good despite tips. Expensive menu plus tax on top. Worn wallpaper and patio furniture. Security useless as loud parties were going on until 2:00 a.m. The Instagram picture is not true. A 4**** hotel with expensive extras.

Overall, I am satisfied with the rich breakfast, complete swimming pool and entertainment facilities. The only thing is that the outer decoration is old and some rooms are under renovation. The most inconvenient thing is that there is only one elevator. It takes us almost 3 minutes to walk to the elevator entrance. It needs improvement.

A great all-inclusive hotel for the money. Food (except breakfast) in the restaurants is a la carte, which we liked more than the buffet, as the dishes are made exclusively for you. The dishes in the Beach Grill restaurant are very tasty, the alcohol is also 10 points.
