Pullman Khao Lak Resort

The first time we stayed at this hotel was in 2023, we really liked the territory and the pool, we decided to come back after 2 years. Advantages: (1) large, well-kept, very green territory, lots of flowers, fruit trees, small lizards, birds, a beautiful pond with water lilies near the main restaurant (2) spacious rooms with high ceilings. This time we took the Family Suite, convenient for families with 1 or 2 children. (3) a huge deserted beach, it is pleasant to walk, collect shells, watch crabs, hermit crabs, meet sunrises, see off sunsets (4) a large pool with different zones (rent an underwater scooter, you will not regret it) and a water slide. Compared to the previous vacation, the quality of breakfast has improved, this time we are happy with the choice, the taste of the food, and the speed of cleaning the tables. There is also a SPA on the territory. The prices are high for Thailand (compared to street massage), but I really liked the masters and the atmosphere. I had a hot stone massage (2890 baht), coconut scrub (990 baht), head massage, massage for my 7 year old daughter – everything was great. Disadvantages: absolutely uncomfortable pillows. Hard, high. Didn't suit any of the family members. A peeling wooden door in the bathroom, it's unpleasant to see this in a Suite. There were some shabby towels (not beach towels), which it's time to stop using. The choice at dinners is poor. Possible disadvantage: remote location. For us, this is not a problem (we always rent a car in Thailand). But from the hotel it is convenient to explore the Takuapa area and then the Khao Sok reserve.

The hotel has a very nice atmosphere, quiet, a large swimming pool, a small children's zone, a 2-story slide, a 24-hour gym with complete equipment, many activities both at sea and in the hotel, the children's room is large and there are activities for children to do every day. There are 2 restaurants, both a la carte and buffet. Bar All drinks are 3 bars, Lobby / pool / beach, there is a happy hour in the evening, early evening until 22.00. The staff provides excellent service, from the front desk, bellboys, housekeepers, restaurant, and bar. I will definitely go back again.

Good family hotel. Suitable for small children.
