Khao Lak... During my 10-day trip... it was the place that gave me the most satisfaction in terms of accommodations. Because of the memories I made at the JW Marriott, I promised to come back for another Khao Lak trip. The hotel's various activities, 👍 As expected, it was the JW Marriott. Since I chose the JW Marriott on my return day, I was able to check out, enjoy more leisurely time at the hotel, make full use of the late check-out lounge, and catch my flight at noon. It was an excellent choice. As for the swimming pool... it might be too deep for Korean children... but for adults, it's a fun swim, at over 150m deep, so it might be scary. It felt like it had the biggest and longest swimming pool because the water wasn't that deep, but... during my trip... among the hotel swimming pools I've been to... this was the one with the worst water quality management... I thought it wouldn't be managed because it was so big, but... the pool floor tiles... were just broken and left there, and... the only maintenance was... in the morning... they cleaned up the fallen leaves with a net... the water quality felt under-managed... ㅠㅠ I was really... so disappointed. But. ㅎㅎ It was good enough that I chose the JW Marriott when I went to Khao Lak again. If the staff sees this... I hope they put in the effort to improve the water quality of the pool.

The front desk staff was slow, and both check-in and check-out took quite a while. I booked two rooms, but because I arrived early, one room was still being cleaned. When I checked in, the staff told me they would deliver the key card for the other room, but they didn't do anything until 3 p.m. Finally, I went to the front desk to inquire and found out that the staff had forgotten.
