衞生：整體衞生情況一般，設施老舊，提供的毛巾像洗過千百遍的還有硬硬的感覺房間有蚊蟲，且可能因為我上一住客的原因房間有汗臭味廁所：衞生間淋浴間公共區域，臟亂，且某些地方都上銹，衞生間裏沒有陽光照進來，所以採光不好隔音：隔音非常差，每走一步，每一個咳嗽都能聽的很清楚，想要睡眠好的不建議住設施：牀板很硬，一屁股坐上去能疼死，不喜歡硬板的建議不住服務：阿姨一開始進來態度挺好的，後來快走的時候沒到退房時間提前一兩個小時就一直在這催，就等着下一個人來然後賺錢是嗎？挺無語的

淋浴塑料管是開裂的，一開龍頭滋你一身，浴室衞生堪憂，房間裏設施簡陋，硬邦邦的木板床。房屋隔音差，半夜被晚回來的客人使用公共浴室吵醒。非常糟糕的一次入住體驗。老闆人還是挺好的，可以幫忙買船票，但是入住還是慎重！

民宿價格相對便宜，離碼頭比較近，步行分分鐘；對面是派出所，比較安全；老闆娘人還是不錯的。但是，但是！設施、衞生還是讓人難以接受，雖然來到小島上，已有心理準備的。廁所馬桶蓋上有噴濺的糞便💩，洗澡的水閥是斷了的，衞生間的地漏是堵的，洗澡超過兩分鐘就能漫過腳面，都是真實描述，望老闆娘能夠改進。

還是不錯滴，挺乾淨的，在台州大陳島旅遊體驗感非常好，價格也划算，性價比高，很推薦，店家還有去接我們，行李直接運過來了
