"This was the worst experience I had during my National Day holiday; anyone who goes there will regret it. 1. Damp and smelly room: The room seemed to have been hastily renovated, filled with the smell of new furniture and dampness, forcing me to sleep with the window open. 2. Poor hygiene: Towels were soiled, the shower had a lot of hair and sand (probably left uncleaned after the previous guest went to the beach), there were unidentified stains on the walls, fingerprints on the TV, and dust on the bedside table. 3. Poor facilities: The shower leaked, there were no floor mats, making it slippery, and the cheap hairdryer smelled burnt. 4. Poor service: From booking to check-out, customer service never responded to my WeChat messages; I had to walk to the front desk to communicate, and most of the communication was ineffective (when I asked for a shuttle to the pier after check-out, the front desk responded with "My daughter is going too, we'll see what time she gets up," which was completely baffling). The room only provided two free bottles of mineral water per day; when I asked for two more at check-out, they charged me three yuan per bottle. A room costing 510 yuan?! You dare to ask?! Friends traveling to Dachen Island, please be sure to avoid this guesthouse and hope it goes out of business soon."

"Environment: The environment is good and worth recommending. It is also nice to take pictures. The location is good. Service: We were picked up at the pier and taken to the restaurant. The staff were very considerate. Facilities: The overall decoration style feels a bit like Sanya. It has a sense of design. The only drawback is that the bath water is heated by a water heater. There may be no hot water halfway through the bath. Overall it is very good. It can be said to be the most design-conscious hotel on the island. It is worth recommending!"

"Dachen's unbeatable sea view room, this balcony sea view room really made my kids happy. Lying on the bed, you can see the sea, ships coming and going, and the iconic lighthouse of the passenger center. The scenery is beautiful. The hotel is very well decorated, with advanced facilities and a great experience. It is also very close to the entrance of Jiawuyan Scenic Area, very convenient. You can go sea catching and sea fishing below the hotel, which is a favorite of children. The hotel staff are very very very good, very considerate, full of details, and a warm atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I've eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner here. The ingredients are very fresh and taste very good."

"As an ordinary tourist, I'd give Yuanzhou Hotel a 98 out of 100. Advantages: 1. The hotel butler added us on WeChat a day in advance to arrange room type, free parking, dining, etc. Even though it was a weekday check-in, the butler thoughtfully upgraded all three of our rooms. 2. The VIP reception staff greeted everyone politely. On the day of our arrival, the receptionist went directly to the underground parking garage to help us with our luggage and accompanied us upstairs. The toiletries in the room were from Atelier Cologne, and when we asked for a few more samples, the hotel readily agreed. 3. The VIP building is separate from the regular guest room floor, avoiding noise. The afternoon tea in the executive lounge also solved the problem of awkward meal times after visiting Guoqing Temple and Tiantai Mountain. 4. The breakfast selection was quite extensive, including regular food and seaside specialty snacks, and the dining environment was comfortable. There were actually more dishes available after 8 am than at 7 am. 5. The two-night package we chose cost around 650 RMB per day, including unlimited drinks at the minibar and late-night seafood noodles, which was great value. If you have plenty of energy, the package including city wall tickets and transportation seems even more cost-effective. Driving from the hotel to the nearest city gate is less than a 10-minute drive. Areas for improvement: 1. Both rooms had a slight sewage backflow smell in the bathroom, but it didn't spread to the sleeping areas. 2. The quality of the napkins in the room could be improved. Also, we were in a rush when checking out, and the front desk may have forgotten about the souvenir. Before we even reached the high-speed rail station, the butler contacted us and arranged for it to be delivered. Thank you so much!"

"We booked a deluxe king-size room. The picture shows a bathtub. However, the room we were given did not have a bathtub. After checking, we found out that some rooms do not have bathtubs. We suggest that the hotel list them separately online to avoid unnecessary trouble. Breakfast includes Taizhou-style flatbreads and dumplings. There are children's slippers and toiletries. There is an underground parking lot. The staff are all nice, especially the cleaning lady who is very enthusiastic."

"The staff are very nice and always polite and friendly. Upon check-in we are provided with a 8 F room facing another side of the main street. Which is quieter. The room is bright, clean and spacious. Japanese toilet and bath tub. Loved it!!! They offer free laundry services which saved us big time - Very responsive and timely. We were advised to put clothes in the laundry bag and hang outside the door handle after 8am. They picked up and delivered the same day! They offered us complementary fruits each day and a small mooncake during the mid autumn festival. Free bottled water and even a free package of snacks and chocolate before we checked out!!! I highly recommend it if you stay in Taizhou City."
