優點：被褥乾淨，是新洗新換的。提供了一次性浴巾和濕巾，這比反覆用的衞生。房間需要打掃告知老闆，他會立刻讓人過去打掃。房間安靜，沒挨着大喊大叫的人住。
缺點：每夜12點或1點大概，會聽見有大型機動車在附近的聲音，似乎是垃圾車收垃圾？沒有趴窗看，睡的迷迷糊糊總是吵醒。剛入住時，上波客人用的洗漱用品沒有清理，我自己扔的，他們放在了衞生間鏡子後面的櫃子裏，打掃時沒有發現。
