房間乾淨衞生，早餐豐富多樣，服務一般吧，感覺設計的不是很合理，前台在1樓，房間在15樓，餐廳和車庫都在負1樓，沒有餐券刷房間卡吃飯，但是退房卡又得再去1樓退，折騰的很。電梯超難等，需要刷卡才能上樓，小機器人很勤快，有什麼需要它都會給送上樓的。

重要的説三遍，性價比之王，性價比之王，性價比之王，快捷的價格住了精品的品質，這次入住體驗非常滿意，無論是硬件還是服務都可以，特別還有送機服務，一路上司機還和我們聊山西的歷史啥的，小孩挺開心，為我們的旅程增添了不少樂趣和便利，強烈推薦這家酒店，期待下次再來

這次商務出差入住的酒店挺滿意，
一到酒店，服務人員看到我有行李，很熱情的幫我提行李，房間乾淨整潔，挺安靜的，喝茶水不夠了，打電話後沒幾分鐘，就派機器人送上來了，確實是未來酒店的趨勢。
酒店13層，配備的3台免費洗衣房，挺方便，早餐的種類豐富，拍了視頻，還有大蝦，這價位，妥妥的。
停車免費，地上地下都能停，商務出差或旅行，都沒毛病，價格真心不貴，性價比很高，下次還來

這次入住蔓蘭酒店，整體感覺非常不錯！酒店地理位置靠近晉陽湖，周邊環境安靜，下樓步行5分鐘就到了晉陽湖，距離古縣城、晉祠、太原博物館、萬象城都不遠，開車很方便，停車場也比較大，隨便停。房間裝修簡約現代，床墊睡的挺舒服。服務員態度挺熱情，辦理入住的等候的時候給送熱乎乎的茶水，感覺很温暖。早餐廳不大，菜品味道還不錯，牛奶水果麪包咖啡都有。提兩點建議：1、電梯少高峯期可能需要等；2、地下停車場指示牌不太明顯，建議改進，總體來説，性價比很高，推薦給來太原旅遊或出差的朋友！
