Staff at the front desk were very kind and welcoming. They let us check in early. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to malls and great restaurants. People in Taiyuan drive everywhere so this hotel was very convenient to jump on the highway or catch a taxi.
Room smelled of smoke even though this was a non-smoking room - it needed a little airing out.

Overall pleased with the hotel. The room was clean and quiet. Check-in was polite and quick, although with limited English (which didn’t affect check-in or my stay).
Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. There are some pastries, fluorescent pink breakfast meat, and a lot of wet vegetable in soy-sauce type options.

第一次從福建來太原，剛下火車非常的激動，中午12:00來辦理入住前台小姑娘告知現在還沒有打掃出來，需要等一下，正好要吃飯，沒想到回來的時候告知還沒有打掃出來房間，當時挺生氣的，還拍了照片想着給這個酒店一個差評，結果酒店的領導來了非常負責任的和我調解一下，非常誠懇的道歉，心裏面就沒那麼生氣了，前台dwjlxq給我的房間裏面送了水果，雖然有一些小插曲，但是下次還是可以選擇希爾頓歡朋酒店的
