可以説巨差無比 沒有住過更爛的酒店
沒有一點值得拿出來誇的 連一般都算不上 嚴重與酒店等級不匹配
設施環境：設施環境老舊程度一言難盡
衞生：衞生離譜➕1 馬桶及馬桶周圍牆壁一圈污漬 洗漱台下水慢 淋浴間站在水坑裡洗澡
服務：
1、五星酒店沒有客人快遞存放位置 和員工一起混在地下車庫通道 燈光昏暗 很臟很亂（嗯 丟件了 怕給快遞員找麻煩 沒有追究）
2、酒店服務人員沒有任何服務意識 沒要求有多熱情 但最起碼正常説話可以吧 退房眼睛都不抬一下 什麼都等着問 我不問一句話不説 點個外賣 快半小時機器人才送上來 期間打電話諮詢前台 第一次電話給我掛斷了 第二次跟我説 “等着吧 機器人沒回來” 話沒説完 前台就先給我掛機了 真沒見過這樣的 咱們走大馬路上跟陌生人説句客氣話都不至於這麼冷漠吧
諸多不滿 都懶得説了

感覺非常好，客房知道孩子流鼻血，滴到被單被罩上，多給拿水，給換被單被罩，又給拿小童牙刷，在我住過的酒店裡麪應該説是感覺最好的，環境也不錯，配套設施，健身房，游泳館等都可以，對面有萬達廣場
