前台年青的小哥和小妹很有禮貌及殷勤，房間設施很好，太原的天氣彶干燥，幸好房間內有設置放濕機及潤膚露，真是窩心得很，只是吃早餐的地方有点迂迴，还有電梯是公用的，外人也可隨便到房間的樓層，所以保安是有点擔心。

萬璟酒店的地理位置絕佳！下樓步行幾分鐘就到萬象城，吃喝玩樂購一站式解決。對於我們這種喜歡逛街的人來説，簡直是天堂，累了隨時可以回酒店休息。
酒店的早餐必須表揚！品種豐富，既有本地特色的粉面，也有蔬菜沙拉。食材新鮮，味道可口，咖啡和慕斯蛋糕，每天都要來一份。
