The hotel is well located near Taiyuan railway station, metro station, food outlets and other shopping amenities. Generally this hotel and the rooms are clean and modern. The staff are friendly and helpful. An AI robot is used to do the daily chores. The rates are very reasonable. This hotel is therefore highly recommended for visitors, both domestic and foreign.

都來住吧，一住一個不吱聲😜已投訴
1.空調
住進來18度，開了一晚上16度，早上都凍成關節炎了；投訴前台，服務態度不端正，不處理，不作為，沒有擔當。
最後是酒店經理送來了一個私人暖氣片兒，勉強度過了這個寒冷的夜晚。
賣火柴的小女孩來了這屋裡都別想活着出去。
2.拖鞋
衹有兩雙外穿的，洗澡沒有涼拖，一腳踩到淋浴室，地板能給我腳底板凍傷。

位置離火車站很近，步行不足5分鐘。但打車和乘公交，有點兒不方便。衞生好，設施設備很新。可能是由於工作人員少，缺乏嚴謹的檢查確認，該有的備品沒有或缺少。

酒店離太原站很近，出站右轉五分鐘內就可以步行至酒店，周邊遊來回搭乘火車很方便，酒店很新，設施配套比較齊全！

酒店位置很好，就在火車站旁邊，做為中轉酒店相當合適方便。住的商務大床房，房間不是很大，一個人住剛好，2個人住的話，要把行李箱打開放置的話會有些擁擠，房間地上灰塵有些多，窗鎖卡扣壞了，還好住的4樓，不然會覺得不太安全，被子蠻厚的，然後空調不夠製冷，調了温度，但是不知為啥温度下不來，晚上睡覺有些熱。衞生間乾濕分離，馬桶是智能的。電梯需要刷卡才能上，外賣會有機器人送上來。
