房間乾淨漂亮，老闆娘很親切，交通方便，有小7和幾家咖啡店，餐廳選擇也多，甚至有一間酒吧，整體機能性極高。

簡直是完美，管家人很熱情，都會主動關心動向，住的房間可以直接看到海，浴室很大，可以邊泡澡邊欣賞海景，還有陽台可以吹著海風欣賞眼前美景，簡直就是太享受人生，樓下左轉就有超商，半夜不怕肚子餓，附近也很多海鮮餐廳，離台東市區也不遠，值得大力推薦！
