地點偏台東火車站，離鬧區比較遠，但相對比較安靜
房東細心的維護住宿品質和乾淨度
還有舒適的床和隨開即有的熱水
下次來台東玩還是會想住，希望不要漲價變貴😆

鄰近台東火車站，走路十分鐘就到超級方便，比市中心的酒店性價比高很多！房間也十乾淨整齊，和父母入住他們也十分滿意，還大讚水壓很夠力。房主也超級好，回覆很快。

本來整棟客滿應該要非常熱鬧的，但遇到颱風攪局似乎只有住我一個人，有種獨享別墅的體驗😆
房間乾淨整潔，佈置非常的簡潔俐落
房間跟客廳都有兔兔陪伴，很像回到自己家住的感覺
而且距離火車站超近，非常適合從西半部過來台東，讓自己躲起來幾天的好地方，平常很懶得寫評論，但一品苑讓我願意主動寫評論，真心推薦！

Spacious, new townhouse, 10 minutes walk from the train station/bus station. Lots of parking space, out of town though. Highly recommended
