For the price I think it is a decent option. Air conditioning works and bed is fairly comfortable. No staff but check in process is fairly smooth, just FYI they will probably text you the password for the door so need to provide a phone number or contact them ahead of time. Location is about 20 minutes from the station and about 30-40 minutes walk from the famous "brown road." You can also borrow their bikes though I decided not to. The "Tofu sheet' place is close by.

Very comfortable stay. Everything was perfect given the price. The only down side is the check in procedure could be more foreigner friendly.

The room was spacious and clean. Location wise is ok but need your own car.
The only hiccup was that they didn't send me any instructions and I had to call their landline. Could have provided Line contact for foreigners.

Regarding the facilities, the building is about 4 out of 5. The rental bicycles are free, but only one of the five bicycles looked like it could be ridden properly. The first one they recommended had handlebars that shifted left and right and spun around... I thought I might get seriously injured, so I courageously asked for a replacement. They lent me the only one that looked normal. The staff and their attitude at the time were not bad, so I gave the facility an overall score of 3.

Clean and comfortable, the bed is good, and there are free bicycles to borrow. Everything is good. The only drawback is that there are mosquitoes in the room. Electric mosquito coils should be attached.
