Very poor check-in experience 1. When I checked in, I was told at the counter that the outdoor swimming pool had been reserved and could not be used. You could use the naked hot spring bath on the sixth floor of the hotel at 6:30 in the evening. However, I went to the sixth floor at 7:30 after dinner and found no one. I went to the first floor inquiry counter and was told that it was temporarily unavailable. The pipe is under emergency repair, and the repair time cannot be estimated. 2. Black things kept falling on the floor in the room. After inspection, I found that the air-conditioning outlets on the ceiling were covered with air conditioners that would be late. It seemed that they had not been cleaned for a very, very long time. 3. There was no hot water in the hot spring bath, shower head, and washbasin in the room halfway through use. The front desk informed that the burst pipe was being repaired. The weather was very cold that day. Halfway through the child's bath, he found so many conditions, which was very bad. 4. After checking in at 4pm, the five kinds of welcome drinks next to the lobby were completely empty. It felt like they were not replenished after using them the night before. 5. The room facilities are old and the CP value is not like a four-star hot spring hotel. It is not recommended to stay there.
