差不多三點鐘辦好入住時衞生還沒搞好了，等了30分鐘搞好了上樓打開被子床上紙巾還有，應該是沒有換床套被套枕套，幸好自己帶了一次性四件套。
訂的是椰林海景房是二層衹見椰林不見海，唯一的好處就是近海灘

酒店不人性化，遇颱風侵襲，仍不接受退單申請，不是以旅客為先的服務態度，該區有其他酒店選擇，下次必定選其他

住在2樓，挨着1樓餐廳洗手間一側，走道里一直有味道，房間裏也是，希望店家能夠處理一下
房間本身是乾淨的，位置離海灘很近

設施：房間內屬於很普通的旅館配置，房間也不隔音，對住宿沒有品質要求還是可以。
衞生：五一期間，人很多，也忙不過來，但是房間內還是比較乾淨。
環境：酒店離沙灘很近，出門就是，雖然不是沙灘的正中間。王府州本就很小，還算方便
服務：基本沒有服務，前台不是專業的前台，你不説，我不説，你説他也不積極
