房間不錯，陽台很大，正對着大概挺舒服的，還有喝茶聊天的地方，還有麻將桌。就是入夜的時候，多點飛蚊。海浪聲不大，還挺舒服。樓下的沙灘海域玩一下可以，但是不能游泳

還好吧樓下就是海邊，吃完飯不漲潮可以逛逛，空調有點不給力要大風扇補上，這裏離黑沙灣也是9分鐘車程而已，

外面看上去普普通通，裏面還是可以的，尤其是有一個觀海陽台，可以小歇一下。吃的地方少，雖然樓下有飯店，但是想轉場吃要走很遠，沙灘一般般，可以玩沙的位置比較少，退潮後趕海的海洋生物比較少。容易刮破腳。

外觀看不起眼的居民樓，房間裏面設施較新，尤其是海景房，還有一大陽台，比一般酒店的陽台好多了。釣個魚，吃個海鮮，相當舒服~

樓下就是沙灘
衞生：相對比較乾淨，但是牀頭櫃頂那些應該是沒怎麼擦過，挺大塵的
環境：海景位置風景非常好，雖然下雨天，但還是感覺風景很舒適的
設施：停電了2次，臨天亮的時候被熱醒了
