喜運來泡温泉多次，入住是第一次。辦理入住是晚上八點，酒店大堂連空調不捨得開，工作人員汗流浹背，客人大汗搭細汗，入住的5013房間，三人間空調漏水，客廳衞生間不夠乾淨。酒店衹有一部電梯，沒有通風，也是超級悶！早餐還是挺實在的，但水果選擇太少了，咖啡是淡淡的有咖啡味的淡水，還不如不要提供。泳池，硫磺味重，工區的浴巾提供不足，沖浪池的浪也太小了。熱床家人很喜歡去，適合聊天。

房間環境真的很差，洗手間好臟，房間煙味好重，在攜程訂了一件330左右，打電話問了還有房，後來在**定了一間298，修改了一下時間，加了100，真的坑人，洗手間臟就算了，晚上睡覺時，躺下，煙味臭的受不了，還有腳臭味，第二天睡醒孩子身上起了好幾個包，應該是衞生不過關導致的，一次很不滿意的出行

房間聽説説有一些翻新了但是不是全部，衞生間的花灑，還有淋浴玻璃很舊很臟的感覺，廁所的沖水開關也是壞壞的，很難按得下去，粉塵很多，床是比較硬的。鏡子也很少，衹有廁所一面半身鏡子。一家人用起來很不方便。這裏的服務員態度與禮貌還是很好的，見面也會打招呼！不過很不喜歡在早餐的時候，既然説我們小朋友一定要買票！我最生氣，因為那種態度非常堅決，説一定要買票才能進餐，而且説我的小朋友有一米五，小朋友能吃多少呢！！！！，而且早餐類型少之又少，我是沒有去吃！反正印象很差！唯一的好就是早上的泳池水確實比較乾淨，水是很清的。大的泳池還有室內那個大泳池的水確實比較好！而且遊玩的時間可以到晚上12點這個比較好！其他就不予置評了。池水好之外，其他就一般般！
