民宿在一箇舊工廠裏面，舊工廠現在改造成台山國際青年科技創新園。但是必須吐糟這個科技園晚上的燈光的確不夠亮麗，甚至有點黑，隊友開車進去的時候還吐糟怎麼不是住酒店嗎？？民宿應該是原來工廠的幾棟員工宿舍改造的，分為春夏秋冬四座。店家會提前告知密碼和注意事項，全程自助辦理。當打開房門那一刻，兩娃開心的在裏面蹦躂，我就知道民宿沒有選錯了。
房間很寬敞，一面半開放的電視牆隔開了卧式和客廳。電視機配有移動的電視盒。以往住民宿或者酒店經常會有馬桶的返臭味，這裏的洗手間一點異味都沒有，熱水隨開隨有+水量大。晚上到步行街不遠，另外打卡的黃鱔飯+ 早餐店都在附近。步行工業區門外也有喝早茶的地方。
如果必須提出改善的地方，就是建議房間外的公區設定公用的垃圾桶。高德的定位不準，會導航到隔壁的居民小區。
