Very polite staff and clean room. But walk way is extremely dark, walking alone can be scary.

For convenience, cleanliness and affordability with added bonus for friendly and accomodating staffs, I highly recommended booking this. A lot of food shops around like mcdonals and japanese cuisine within the building

Hotel is not new but they maintain the service well, location not too far from exit Z4 (with lift), the hotel is located above Mc donald (same building) my stay was quite comfortable, the staff is kindly she give amenities like toothbrush, comb when i arrived in the hotel, the room itself is clean even though it's small room, I stayed in the Fashion Double room

You get what you paid. Location superb as very near to subway and you have plenty of restaurants downstairs and nearby. Can be slow when waiting for lift as only 2 lifts for customers to use while have to share with other floor users.

Great staff with good English. Great location but quite a small room. It was fine for a short stay. Wifi was very slow, they really need to fix that as very important. 

Fantastic location right next to Taipei Station with restaurants and shops right at the doorstep. Clean rooms but with thin walls which is an issue if you have noisy neighbours. The same building houses another couple of floors of hotels with all sharing 2 lifts. Overall ok.

The staff service mind is excellence Room is clean and I’m ok with window view but only one thing if hotel can prepare the chair in the room would be great, I feel comfy with bed, I stay alone with this type of room so, it s fine to open the luggage even it s narrow space Location is near to Taipei main station

Great stay except for the unexpected earthquake that shook everyone up. Location is near everything you need — shopping, pharmacy, food, scenery, etc. Wonderful! Sorry, no pictures taken of my room…

I stayed at this hotel so many times but this time was the worst room full of dust and mold on the wall. I got allergies so badly .Toilet was not clean either.

Good place near station Clean ,peacful Room not too small

The staff are very friendly. The room is reasonably clean. There isn't much room for hanging up clothes, and there is no chair to sit on. Nevertheless the location is excellent for going anywhere due to the proximity of the main train and bus stations.
