1、酒店有主樓和副樓。從大堂就看出了階級的差距。
2、住的是副樓，內環境更差。複合地板的縫隙很大還多，穿拖鞋易絆；房門的安全鉸鏈是壞的；浴室採用的磨砂玻璃，洗澡時可以看到裏面的人形。
3、晚上到店的，保安關注手機，根本沒注意有車輛停在門口，提個行李需要客人主動去招呼；前台也不熱情；按房間電話的標註打去前台電話需要加2瓶水，接電話的人生硬地説：“這是主樓。加水要付錢，這2瓶算了。”；牀頭櫃找到一本冊子，裏面都是服務需收費的產品，其中包括水的價格，感覺他家蠻腦子就是錢，不人性化。
4、早餐的牛奶除了顏色像，口感就是白開水。咖啡麪包都沒有。
5、環境給了4.5分，是主副樓間的連廊不錯，酒店靠山，整體空氣質量良好。其他的，真沒什麼亮點。

我們是中午近2點到的酒店，房間幾乎都沒入住，前台卻給了我風景最差的房間。服務人員態度都很好。沐浴房的一側沒有安裝膠條，導致門關不上，沖涼水會走出去。

酒店位於泰寧古城與火車站之間，火車站與古城酒店都可以接送。工作人員態度很好，基本設施、衞生維護得不錯，周邊環境比較原生態，春夏秋季應該很美。從酒店叫車到寨下大峽谷40元，大峽谷叫車到古城50元（工作人員幫忙叫車或給號碼自己聯繫司機，滴滴等叫車軟件在泰寧不適用，平台抽成太多，司機可能拒載）。

這個酒店的床是這次旅行中最好的床沒有之一，支撐度和軟硬度都非常的好，包裹感很強又不會軟，被套也是正常的棉布材料，不像很多酒店那個布料糙糙的，這個被套談不上很軟但是很正常很舒適，就像我們自己蓋的那種，我本來有些感冒，睡過了這個床之後早上我都能明顯感覺感冒好像會好一些，兩天了都是如此，然後這個酒店的早餐也是蠻豐富的，主要味道也好吃，不光這個酒店的東西好吃，我居然發現整個泰寧我吃的餐館味道都蠻好的，證明泰寧的口味是做的相當不錯，酒店的環境是沒得説的，夜裡大家都睡後很安靜，我都能聽到很遠處的雞叫聲，讓人感覺很寧靜，所有的都蠻好的，唯一有點兒問題的是可能空調不是很制暖，吹好久沒多大暖和氣兒，酒店方要找做空調的來看一下比較好，整體這家酒店真的是可以的，大家閉眼沖
